I&#039;m a infrastructure-specialist (yeah they make up these names nowadays) at a large logistics company (like really large) in the Netherlands. I love your movie and everything you present does make sense! But what people tend to forget is that &quot;we&quot; the infra-guys. Need to manage hundreds of thousands  of desktops a gigantic datacenter and all over expensive wan connections with client\connect radio limited bandwith. All the shiny move\fade\jump gimmickry will have to adapt to an environment where even the fat-client your working on receives a streamed OS through a type1 hypervisor. No matter how you optimize that shit, you have to look at available bandwidth as a key element. So YES as a desktop system but NO if you look at future computing where more and more moves into the cloud or into central data-centers. And YES bandwidth will grow, but not as fast as the demand for data and the evolution of computer power!
